Event Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests as best as we can. Our event refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund

  • If you notify us at least 2 business days in advance of the event, we can issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to request your refund.

Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend the event and it is too late for a refund, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Simply provide us with the name and contact information of the person who will be taking your place.

Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Tickets cannot be refunded if the notification is less than 2 business days before the event. However, as mentioned, you can transfer your ticket to another individual.

Bus Trip Policy

  • Due to advance ticket purchases, transportation arrangements, and event planning, bus trip registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.
